Do you like chocolate? How about peanut butter? Are you living a low carb dream? Well If you answered yes to my questions I’ve got a delicious treat for you! Living a low carb lifestyle isn’t always easy when you’re a chocolate lover like myself. But I’ve found a healthy way to get my chocolate and low carb it too in a tasty Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake.

Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake


1 cup  – Coconut Milk Almond Milk Blend or Silk Milk
1/2 tbsp – Hershey’s Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 scoop – Protein – I use Isolate Vanilla Protein that’s Low Carb
1- tbsp – Betterbody Foods PBFit Peanut Butter Powder or you can use your favorite low carb brand
Blender, Shaker Bottle, Ninja
Sugar-Free Whipped Heavy Cream – Land O’Lakes brand


Add coconut milk, protein, and peanut butter to your blender or Ninja. Mix for a few seconds to blend all the ingredients together. Add ice and blend until ice is fully crushed.

Pour into your favorite glass, top with cream and enjoy.

If you made your shake using the same exact products I used your shake would have the following nutritional values.

Protein:  37 Grams
Carbs:  4 1/2
Sugars: 2 grams
Calories: 225

Not bad for an afternoon snack or for lunch. I love the taste of the Toasted Coconut Almondmilk, but the only place I’ve been able to find it is at Publix.  But when I can’t make it to our local store I’ll normally pick up some Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk.
