I am constantly rearranging and updating the decor in our house. I change with the seasons, holidays etc. The Hub’s never knows what to expect on a weekly basis, but he’s such a sport! I decided it was time to update the girl’s room, and thought it’d be fun to share my tips for a quick Little Girls Bedroom Makeover.
The girl’s room looked great. . . but . . . the frozen theme wall art wasn’t working any more. I mean there is so many newer ideas to use like the Trolls, Minnie (she never gets old), Finding Dory, and so many others. I wanted to make a few little inexpensive changes that could be done while the girls were at school.
Little Girls Bedroom Makeover
First thing I wanted to change was their bedding. They both had different sheets, and comforters. I wanted them to have matching bed sheets and comforters. So a quick trip to Walmart would help with that part. They went from bulky comforters to comfy soft easy to handle blankets. I also got them matching pink sheets.
I found them both a Troll body pillow, added removable butterflies and flowers to the walls. My next task is to replace the brown rug. But this one will do for now.
Total cost was about 60$ and I found everything while grabbing dish soap at Walmart. BTW the wall decals are in the painting area and they were $1.92 a pack I got two because I didn’t realize that there were decals on the back too! I could have done away with 1 package.
