Abs and Obliques Exercises – It’s always Ab Day!

Every day is ABS day for me! After having 5 kiddies my ABS aren’t what they used to be. Well actually, now that I am losing fat I can see my Ab muscles a lot more. I guess it’s a good thing that my motto is ‘Every day is AB Day’ which probably what has helped my Abs look a little more defined since some of the fat is gone. Abs and Obliques Exercises

I am currently doing 3 sets of 30 reps for each exercise daily. A set is basically how many times you repeat an exercise, and a rep is a number of times you do the exercise in one set. So if you did 30 crunches 3 times you’d be completing 3 sets of 30 reps. I also do exercises that specifically target the lower abdominal muscles, as I consider that the area I need the most help with. I will be sharing those in an upcoming article.
