Clean, slice and pit the avocado and sprinkle it with pepper. Super easy and very tasty! Have you ever thought of stuffing your avocados and baking them? Well here’s another easy way to eat an avocado.

Baked Avocado with Bacon & Egg would be perfect for breakfast, brunch and even a side dish for dinner. They are super delicious and easy to make.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Clean, slice and pit the avocados. Slice some bacon and set aside. Crack open an egg and put in the center of each half of avocado, season with salt and pepper and top with bacon pieces. Bake for 15 mins or until the egg is done to your likeness. Turn your oven to broil and cook for an additional 3 – 5 mins to crisp up the bacon. Enjoy!
